Eligibility

1. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Affiliates must operate a website, social media account, or other digital presence that complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Affiliates must not reside in countries where promoting cryptocurrency exchanges is prohibited.

Registration

1. Affiliates must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
2. The company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Affiliates must use only the marketing materials provided by the crypto exchange.
2. Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising.
3. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with the crypto exchange.
4. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and data protection.
5. Affiliates must not engage in activities that may harm the reputation of the crypto exchange, including but not limited to spam, trademark infringement, and false claims.

Commissions

1. Affiliates will earn a commission based on the trading fees generated by referred users.
2. The commission structure will be detailed on the affiliate program page and may be subject to change.
3. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.
4. The crypto exchange reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud or breach of this policy.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
2. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove all marketing materials related to the crypto exchange.

Confidentiality

1. Affiliates must keep all information regarding the affiliate program confidential, including commission rates, promotional strategies, and any proprietary information.

Indemnification

1. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the crypto exchange from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their promotional activities.

Amendments

1. The crypto exchange reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate program dashboard.
2. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

1. This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the crypto exchange operates.
